We're hiring a Head of Current Customer Acquisition at Hugg. Before I tell you what the role is — let me tell you what it isn't. It isn't a "growth" role. It isn't a "marketing" role. It is a revenue role. Every rupee of new customer revenue runs through your funnel. Reviews, AEO/GEO, Reddit, YouTube, landing pages, eventually paid traffic. The conversion rate moves because of you. Or it doesn't, because of you. We use AI aggressively across this business. If you don't use Claude or equivalent tools to think faster, write faster, and iterate faster — you will fall behind here within weeks. What you'll own: Every pre-purchase touchpoint in the customer journey. The discovery surfaces. The conversion machine. The AOV levers. The outcomes. For the first 3 months, you'll work as an independent operator. You write your own copy. You build your own plans. You brief our developer for builds. You don't manage anyone yet. At month 3, paid traffic comes under you. At month 6, you build a team. What makes you a fit
- 3–6 years in D2C or growth.
- You've personally rewritten landing pages and moved CVR. Not briefed someone else to do it.
- You've worked across at least two of: AEO/GEO, SEO, Reddit, YouTube, CRO, paid social — and you can show the work.
- You think through writing. Your briefs are self-sufficient.
- You use AI daily. Not occasionally. Daily.
- You can work fully remote and still ship. The assignment — read this carefully.
