Production Executive in Printing & Packaging (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead offset printing and postpress operations, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
- Prepare and execute production plans for various carton types (duplex mono, corrugated, rigid, folding).
- Train operators on machine handling, SOPs, and 5S standards across laminators, die-cutters (auto/manual), and folder-gluers.
- Coordinate job allocation and manpower planning across printing, postpress, and corrugation departments.
- Ensure raw material availability and align production with urgent delivery schedules from Sales/PM teams.
- Drive maximum machine and manpower utilization while minimizing wastage and non-conformance.
- Supervise a workforce of 100+ employees, fostering motivation, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot machine breakdowns, coordinating with maintenance engineers for timely resolution.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain daily MIS reports, production logs, and performance metrics for review and optimization. Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Printing Technology, Production Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2–7 years in offset printing and packaging production.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of offset printing and postpress processes.
- Expertise in laminators, die-cutters, folder-gluers, and corrugation machinery.
- Ability to manage large teams and coordinate cross-departmental operations.
- Proficiency in production planning, MIS reporting, and QMS compliance.
