Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a STEM Research & Development Executive. The person in this role will research emerging trends in STEM education, including AI, robotics, coding, and related technologies, and translate these insights into creative learning modules and products. They will design, prototype, and test hands-on STEM activities, curricula, and projects aligned with OLL’s practical learning philosophy and learner age groups. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with educators, content creators, and product teams to refine curricula, documenting R&D; outcomes, and ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning outcomes. The executive will also gather feedback from classrooms and pilot programs, analyze data to improve offerings, support teacher training on new STEM content, and contribute to partnerships or events that showcase STEM innovations.
