- Manage end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site execution, and client teams for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure completion within the planned deadline.
- Supervise site activities including steel erection, roofing, cladding, and structural installation works.
- Ensure effective manpower planning, material availability, and equipment coordination at site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures at project sites.
- Track project costs, billing status, and work progress to ensure budget control.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Ensure successful project completion with customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Building Projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel construction, erection activities, and project coordination.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle projects and site teams efficiently.
