We are looking for a high-energy Community Manager to build and scale a thriving community for our app by identifying, onboarding, and managing creators and power users, while also building strong adoption across colleges and institutes through a structured campus community program.

This role will own the end-to-end community journey—acquisition → onboarding → engagement → retention → advocacy—and work closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to create a community that is active, safe, and fast-growing.

Build creator pipelines using platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and relevant communities.

Own creator onboarding end-to-end: profile setup, walkthroughs, content guidelines, and launch support.

Help creators succeed by advising on:

content formats and frequency

Track creator performance and run initiatives to improve creator retention and output.
