Inventia is into pharmaceutical development and manufacturing from last 40 yrs. We partner with pharma companies to research, develop, manufacture and distribute OSD. Our Manufacturing plant is in Ambernath which produces range of OSD including capsules, tablets, Granules and Pellets. We are there in 45 countries and have 10 plus facility approvals including US EU. Our corporate office is in Goregaon and R&D; is in Thane. - Head Experience Required: 10 -12 yrs handling Pharma R&D;/Plant Raw Material Stores Qualification: Graduate in Science/Pharma Working Days: 5 days a week Job Description:
- Work closely with the R&D; Head to align all stores activities with organizational objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of routine activities including receipt, storage, issue, and accounting of materials.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop staff and temporary workmen; schedule work, identify training needs, and support career progression.
- Coordinate with FRD, ARD, Purchase, Quality Assurance, and other departments for effective functioning of stores.
- Ensure that the FRD and ARD planning objectives are met as per schedule and productivity targets are met.
- Maintain secure working conditions for personnel and materials; enforce compliance with company HSE policies.
- Maintain accurate stock control systems; monitor sanitation, hygiene, and storage conditions for materials and products.
- Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare, verify, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports; authorize written procedures and related documents.
