About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication and branding execution across digital, social media, advertising, events, and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual aesthetics, typography skills, branding understanding, and experience in creating modern youth-focused communication. This role requires someone who can independently conceptualize and execute creatives while collaborating closely with content, video, and marketing teams. What You'll Do:
- Design creatives for social media, paid ads, websites, events, print designs, merchandise, emailers, presentations, and branding campaigns.
- Create visually compelling communication aligned with IIDE’s evolving brand identity.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming. Requirements Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
- Solid typography and layout understanding.
