Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (Mumbai)

Job Description:- Assistant Manager – FP&A; About the Role: We are looking for a high-potential finance professional to work closely with the leadership team, supporting critical financial decision-making across real estate projects. This role offers end-to-end exposure to feasibility, financial strategy, and business planning in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Feasibility & Business Planning
· Prepare detailed project feasibility studies for real estate developments
· Evaluate project viability, IRRs, margins, and sensitivity scenarios
· Support strategic decision-making through data-backed insights
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
· Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
· AnalySe performance vs plan and highlight key variances
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals
- MIS & Reporting
· Design and manage robust MIS frameworks for management reporting
· Generate periodic dashboards and reports for senior leadership
· Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights in reporting
- Cash Flow Management
· Build and track detailed cash flow projections at project and company level
· Monitor inflows/outflows and identify liquidity risks proactively
- Financial Modelling
· Develop dynamic financial models for projects, investments, and scenarios
· Run sensitivity and stress testing to support investment decisions
- Strategic Support
· Assist leadership (Chairman/MD's office) with analytical inputs for key decisions
· Support pricing strategies, deal structuring, and investment evaluations
- Qualifications: CA/ MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
- Experience:
· 1-4 years of experience (including Article ship)
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Project-based businesses
- Key Skills:
· Robust financial modelling and analytical capabilities
· Deep understanding of real estate project economics
· Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and financial tools
· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
· Ability to work closely with leadership and handle ambiguity
