Role Description Provides high-level administrative support primarily to 2 partners, acting as a strategic partner to optimize their time. Key duties include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential communication, and organizing meetings, Banking account management. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring a highly organized, discreet, and proactive team player. Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing meticulous executive and operational support
- Strong Communication skills for both written and verbal interactions, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with office management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent skilled experience Core Responsibilities Calendar & Email Management: Scheduling appointments, prioritizing emails, and managing communications with professionalism. Travel & Logistics: Coordinating complex, multi-stop international or domestic travel itineraries, including accommodation and transport. Document Preparation: Drafting reports, creating presentations, and managing documentation (e.g., in MS Office/Google Workspace). Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, and clients. Project Coordination: Assisting with, or managing, special administrative projects.
