*Please go through the Job advertisement in detail* We are hiring Assistants across multiple departments for SPJIMR Mumbai location. This position is ideal for someone with 0-5 years of work experience, hence candidates with 5+ years experience are requested not to apply. Alumni Community Experience Executive (2 year contract) Alumni Engagement & Communication:
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to maintain solid relationships with alumni across various cohorts and geographies.
- Manage and curate content for all alumni communication channels, including newsletters, social media, the alumni portal, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication regarding alumni news, events, and opportunities.
- Identify and promote success stories and achievements of alumni.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and connections among alumni. Event Management & Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of alumni events, both online and offline (e.g., reunions, chapter meets, webinars, workshops, mentorship programs, guest lectures).
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, marketing, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., admissions, placements, faculty) to integrate alumni into various institute initiatives. Community Platform Management:
- Oversee and enhance the functionality and user experience of the dedicated alumni portal/platform.
- Encourage active participation and content sharing within the alumni community.
- Utilize data analytics to track engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement. Program Assistant:
- PGPM Academic team is responsible for managing all administrative activities from onboarding of a new batch till the graduation.
- This position is in the PGPM academic team, and requires high degree of coordination with faculty, academic staff and students. The incumbent needs to have strong interpersonal skills, and high degree of ownership for managing the academic activities. Academics: a) Co-ordination for academic sessions:
- Preparing schedule for classes in consultation with Core and External faculty members; Scheduling Group Works, in class quizzes, End Term Exams
- Coordination with faculty members / Teaching Associates for course outlines/text books ordering, cases / articles and other study materials
- Prepare monthly Session details report (managed through ERP system. Training will be given).
- Co-ordination with other staff members for administration
- Managing hospitality and Payment processing of External visiting faculty members
- Handle Queries, clarifications and Counselling of Participants b) Examination and Evaluation:
- Coordination and follow up with exam cell for Conducting exams, Evaluations, Grading, revaluations, make up exams.
- Evaluation follow up with faculty members, ensuring evaluations are taking place as mentioned in course outline. Convocation and Participants clearance process:
- Coordination for Participants final Grade sheet and Certificate
- Documentation of Graduation Records
- Handle Participants clearance process Batch Onboarding:
- Completing all onboarding activities for the new batch including: Programme registration and documents verification , admissions record keeping , ID cards etc.
- Execution of activities related to guidelines booklet /batch profile/ brochure/ nameplates/ ID card. The programme team continuously strives to bring improvements in various areas of the academic programme. The incumbent is expected to provide inputs and help in execution of these improvement activities.
