Role Description This is a full time French Trainer (B2 level) role based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site training and some work-from-home flexibility. The French Trainer will design and deliver engaging French language sessions for learners at various levels, with a focus on B2 proficiency. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, conducting online and in-person classes, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback. The trainer will adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, support learners with doubts and revision, and track attendance and performance. The role also involves collaborating with the training team, participating in curriculum improvement, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. Qualifications

- Train in TEF and DELF exams
- Strong skills in French Teaching and general Teaching, with proven experience delivering structured language lessons.
- Experience in Tutoring and Education, including supporting learners individually and in small groups.
- Background in Teacher Training or mentoring other trainers is an advantage.
- B2 or higher proficiency in French (DALF/DELF or equivalent certification preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Ability to design lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials aligned with B2-level objectives.
- Comfort with hybrid delivery models, including online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field is preferred.
