Job Title: Project Manager in Interior Designer & Modular Furniture (Real Estate)

The Project Manager – Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution of modular furniture projects including planning, production coordination, site execution, installation, client handling, and project handover while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage modular furniture projects from design approval to completion. Coordinate with design, factory, procurement, and installation teams. Supervise site measurements, installation, and execution activities. Ensure timely production, material dispatch, and site readiness. Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets. Handle client communication and provide project updates. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams. Resolve site execution and installation issues. Ensure quality standards and smooth project handover.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in modular furniture/interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, and installation processes. Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools. Solid communication and team management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Residential, commercial, office, or retail modular furniture projects.
