Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers. Grow base customer revenue and implement strategies with a view to expand existing partnerships for ETP. Drive pipeline growth and work closely with your team to grow opportunities Interfacing with Marketing, Pre-sales Solution Architects and Product/Implementation Team for on time product delivery and post sales account management. Ensure Timely collection of receivables. Grow and build a CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company
Experience and Skills: 12 plus years of Software sales experience Align with customers and ETP to create a joint vision of the future Creativity in solving complex problems. Be consistent and detail oriented Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team workplace. Is a long term player Can find, maintain and grow win-win relationships.
