This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure to recruiting in a rapid-paced startup environment. High performers will be considered for a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive position at the end of the internship.What You Will Do Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal job postings Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up to gather timely feedback Maintain hiring trackers and ensure recruiter data hygiene Support stakeholder communication and manage candidate experience throughout the processHelp track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios Assist in managing onboarding and joining formalities in coordination with Central HR Explore and use AI and automation tools to improve sourcing and scheduling efficiency Participate in employee engagement initiativesWho We Are Looking For Must Have Recent graduate (MBA/BBA/BMS) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong communication skills— written and verbal Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good to Have Prior internship in talent acquisitionFamiliarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), ATS tools, or AI-based sourcing platforms Passion for sports and the sports-tech ecosystem Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4nalz3
