Java Developer Process Lead (Mumbai)

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Java microservices to support various business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills:
- Solid proficiency in Java programming language.
- Extensive experience in developing microservices using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java or microservices development are a plus.
