n n n This is a remote position. KATBOTZ is hiring experienced leaders with strong expertise in enterprise data and process management across procurement and manufacturing functions. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional global environments.Key Areas of Expertise Candidates should have strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Material Master Data Management Purchase Orders (PO) Outline Agreements / Scheduling Agreements Bills of Material (BOM) Routing / Production Routing Contracts Management Procurement&Supply Chain Processes Manufacturing&Production Planning Data Responsibilities Manage and maintain high-quality master and transactional data across ERP systems Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, planning, finance, and operations teams Support data governance, validation, and process standardization initiativesAnalyze and resolve data/process inconsistencies and operational issues Participate in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and support activities Work closely with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and data accuracy Drive documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport testing, training, and deployment activities where required Required Skills&Experience 10+ years of experience with strong functional expertise in procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations Hands-on experience with Material Master, BOM, Routing, PO, Contracts, and related business processes Experience working in ERP environments such as SAP/S4HANA preferredExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills For this role candidates should additionally have: Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiativesStrong client-facing and coordination skills Ability to mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence Experience leading data governance or transformation initiatives preferred nnn n Preferred Background n Candidates with experience in large-scale ERP transformation, master data governance, procurement operations, manufacturing execution, or supply chain transformation projects will be highly preferred.Benefits Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
