Senior Design Architect, Mumbai

Role - Design Architect Experience - 2 to 4 years Location - Mumbai (onsite) Role Summary At EuMo, architecture is about designing experiences. Responsibilities: Depending on your experience level, you may contribute to or lead parts of the following: Interpreting briefs and developing spatial concepts, layouts and design strategiesPreparing sketches, mood boards, presentations and 3D visualisations Developing schematic and detailed design drawings Preparing working drawings and construction documentation Material research, selection and specification Integrating structural, MEP and consultant inputs into design Coordinating with project managers, consultants, vendors and internal teamsParticipating in client discussions and presentations Reviewing shop drawings and supporting site execution to maintain design intent Applying knowledge of building codes, standards and site conditions Skills / Qualifications: Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture / Spatial Design from an accredited institutionTechnical Expertise in drafting software Familiarity with 3D modelling tools Ability to create visual presentations Basic understanding of construction detailing and materials Core Skills Spatial and visualisation ability Clarity in design thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and documentation disciplineCommunication and collaboration skills Proven experience in translating concepts into practical solutions
