AI Technical Mentor&Full-Stack Architect (Remote), Mumbai

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer&AI Architect to serve as an internal technical coach for our team. Our goal is to rapidly accelerate our staff's technical expertise, empowering them to build their own software systems that enhance our internal business processes. In this role, you will be teaching our team how to write code using AI. You will act as their tutor and lead debugger for internal projects. When our staff hits technical roadblocks or struggles to get AI models to output the right architecture or code, you will step in to unblock them, guide their prompt strategy, and ensure their systems are built on solid architectural foundations.Responsibilities Project Debugging&Unblocking: Act as the primary technical escalation point. When staff get stuck building internal tools, you will review their logic, debug their code, and explain why the issue AI Pair-Programming Support: Guide users through advanced prompting techniques specifically for code generation and system design. You must be deeply familiar with modern front-end fram Expert-Level AI Prompting: Proven experience using Large Language Models (like GPT-5.5, Claude 4.7, etc.) for software engineering. You know how to structure prompts to generate complex code, debug'Teacher' Mindset: You possess the patience and empathy required to teach non-engineers or junior developers. You prefer to 'teach someone to fish' rather than just writing the code for them.
