Industry-Events&Exhibition. Work from Office. Exhibits: Model and render custom and modular exhibit spaces at various scales, accurately representing structural systems (Aluvision, BeMatrix), branded graphics, lighting, and flooring. Renders must reflect real-world buildability and material finishes. Tradeshow Environments: Develop full floor-level environment renders for large-scale tradeshow settings— including neighboring booth context, overhead rigging, lighting conditions, and audience sightlines — to convey spatial presence and brand impact.Experiential Marketing: Render pop-up activations, immersive brand environments, and interactive installations. Capture lighting mood, material texture, and visitor-scale perspective to communicate the intended experience. Iterate on designs based on feedback from US-based designers and project managers, delivering revised renders quickly within project timelines.Maintain organized, version-controlled project files and adhere to departmental naming conventions and delivery standards. Required Skills&Qualifications 5+ years of experience in exhibit, event, or experiential environment design with a portfolio demonstrating work across multiple project types. Expert proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray— required. Candidates proficient in equivalent tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Rhino) must demonstrate ability to fully transition to 3ds Max and V-Ray within the first 90 days.Strong lighting and materials skills in V-Ray: HDRI setup, IES lighting, realistic material authoring (fabric, metal, glass, printed graphics), and render optimization. Ability to accurately model from structural drawings, CAD files, or system specs— not just concept sketches. Working knowledge of modular exhibit systems such as Aluvision and BeMatrix, including panel dimensions, connection logic, and standard configurations.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for render post-processing, graphic placement, and presentation layout. Understanding of fabrication and production constraints— knowing what can and cannot be built informs render accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
