Account Executive, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: Vendor Negotiations: Handle negotiations with vendors for procurement of materials and services for interior and architectural projects. Cross-Checking Material Deliveries:  Ensure that materials received are as per the specifications and compare them with received bills and vouchers for accuracy.Payment Processing: Oversee the processing of payments to vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and timelines. Billings Maintenance:  Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities, including invoices, payments, and adjustments. Vendor Coordination:  Liaise with vendors to confirm the delivery of materials, resolve discrepancies, and address any issues related to payments or supplies.Project Account Management: Monitor the accounts related to ongoing Anand Rathi in-house projects, ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurate. Requirements: Bachelors degree in commerce (BCom) or related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance, preferably in the construction, interior, or architecture industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles and vendor management. Attention to detail, particularly in verifying invoices, bills, and payments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Preferred Skills: Experience working on large-scale, multi-location projects. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance for construction and design projects.
