Role Description The Student Relations Coordinator will play a key role in managing the overall student experience at FAD International Academy. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills to ensure smooth academic operations and efficient handling of all student-related processes.Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries, concerns, and support requirements. - Manage student onboarding, orientation, documentation, attendance, and academic records. - Coordinate daily communication with students through email, WhatsApp groups, and other official platforms.- Support academic teams in scheduling classes, managing timetables, and fulfilling faculty requirements. - Assist in organising workshops, guest sessions, events, and other campus activities. - Maintain a high standard of student experience through timely communication and on-ground support. - Liaise with parents as required and ensure seamless updates regarding academic progress.- Collaborate with admissions, academics, and operations teams for smooth inter-departmental coordination. - Research and implement effective student engagement practices to enhance campus life. - Support with student feedback, escalation handling, and conflict resolution. - Undertake any additional responsibilities that contribute to improving student relations and academic operations.Required Skills&Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent coordination and organisational abilities. - Ability to handle students professionally and empathetically. - Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and documentation. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.- Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach. - Graduate degree (required).
