This role is specifically suited for candidates who have worked with: cosmetic manufacturers skincare ingredient supplierspackaging vendors private label manufacturers FMCG sourcing ecosystems The ideal candidate should understand how to identify and coordinate with third-party manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and packaging vendors for consumer product development. Candidates from unrelated industries such as construction, industrial procurement, machinery, real estate, or generic B2B sourcing backgrounds may not be suitable for this role.Key Responsibilities Skincare&FMCG Vendor Sourcing Identify and coordinate with third-party manufacturers for skincare, personal care, nutraceutical, and FMCG products. Source cosmetic ingredients, active ingredients, nutraceutical raw materials, fragrances, and packaging materials. Build and maintain a vendor database for contract manufacturing and private-label production.Third-Party Manufacturing Coordination Coordinate with cosmetic and FMCG manufacturers for product sampling, formulation discussions, MOQ negotiations, and production timelines. Work with suppliers for jars, tubes, labels, cartons, mono cartons, and flexible packaging materials. Support sourcing for skincare, gummies, supplements, snacks, and related consumer products.Procurement&Commercial Negotiation Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors. Compare quotations and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and production capability. Coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning and vendor approvals. Supplier Compliance&Documentation Follow up with vendors for required certifications and documentation such as: GMP ISO COA MSDS FSSAI Cosmetic compliance documents Market Research&Vendor Development Research new skincare manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging innovations, and nutraceutical vendors. Stay updated on trends in: skincare actives clean beauty cosmetic packaging gummies&nutraceutical products FMCG sourcing Required Skills&Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in: skincare sourcing cosmetic procurement FMCG vendor management nutraceutical sourcing private-label manufacturing coordination Prior experience working with: cosmetic manufacturers personal care brands FMCG companies ingredient suppliers packaging vendorsStrong understanding of: third-party manufacturing MOQ negotiations vendor coordination procurement processes Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
