Middle Office Manager Bongaigaon

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for trading desk inquiries, supporting and coordinating post-trade operations across multiple asset classes and strategies. You will partner with trading desks, technology, and operations to enhance operational processes, controls, data quality, and mitigate risk. You will also develop workflows, dashboards, and tools to monitor trading activity, ensure knowledge continuity, and operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will contribute and coordinate to technology projects that expand middle office capabilities and enhance the firm's ability to seamlessly support current investment strategies or asset classes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should hold- Basic qualifications: A Post Graduate degree and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in roles across trade lifecycle An excellent understanding of trade lifecycle operations, including trade capture, P&L;, security master, and settlement processes Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with a keen desire to grow and take ownership in a energetic setting Experience managing front office inquiries and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to resolve operational issues The ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics for operational insights Familiarity with financial software such as Bloomberg, IHSMarkit, or Capital IQ; comfort with tools used in middle/back-office environments Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mf9xc
