Job Overview We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and drive project governance, delivery standards, and process discipline across ERP implementation projects. This role will ensure that all projects adhere to defined methodologies, meet quality standards, and are fully prepared before progressing through key project phases. The PMO Lead will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, and Leadership to improve project predictability, reduce delivery risks, and enhance overall execution quality. Mode- 5 days work from office Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage project setup and standardization within ERP systems
• Ensure adherence to project templates, WBS, budget, and timeline baselines
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource utilization, risks, and issue status
• Publish PMO dashboards and project performance reports for leadership
• Identify project risks proactively and ensure mitigation plans are tracked
• Escalate critical delivery issues and drive cross-functional resolutions
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved before client submission
• Validate UAT and Go-Live readiness, including sign-offs, training, and cutover planning
• Guide Project Managers on planning standards, documentation, and risk management practices
• Drive PMO process adoption and support onboarding of new Project Managers
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in PMO, Delivery Governance, or ERP Project Management
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PMO certification preferred
• Robust understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and project methodologies
• Experience managing multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end execution
