- Client Servicing & Business Development Lead to join our creative team. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing event clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into execution plans
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and event discussions
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Generate new leads and build a strong event business pipeline
- Identify opportunities for corporate events, activations, launches, and conferences
- Pitch event concepts, proposals, and costing to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong industry and vendor networks
- Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, designers, and operations teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and on-ground execution
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Work closely with creative and production teams for event requirements
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and execution timelines
- Handle escalation management and problem-solving during events Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in events, client servicing, or business development
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling corporate events, brand activations, and conferences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
