- Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (Minimum) Experience:
- Minimum 1 project experience in segmental construction / launching activities Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise segment shifting, lifting, and erection activities using launching gantries
- Handle threading, stressing, and grouting operations for PT systems
- Carry out recess filling, deck finishing, and block stressing works
- Ensure proper execution of dry matching of segments
- Operate and monitor launching gantries and associated equipment
- Work with and maintain hydraulic jacks and stressing jacks
- Coordinate with planning and site teams for smooth workflow and timely execution
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, method statements, and quality requirements
- Monitor productivity and minimize downtime of equipment
- Maintain basic documentation and reporting of daily activities Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in segmental launching operations
- Knowledge of PT systems and stressing procedures
- Familiarity with hydraulic and stressing equipment
