• Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area <\/div>
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners <\/div>
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement <\/div> <\/div> 3. Market Development<\/b> <\/div> <\/div>
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory <\/div>
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns <\/div>
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends <\/div> <\/div> 4. Collection & Credit Control<\/b> <\/div> <\/div>
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors <\/div>
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk <\/div>
• Maintain healthy financial discipline in the territory <\/div> <\/div> 5. Team Coordination<\/b> <\/div> <\/div>
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, service) <\/div>
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery <\/div>
• Support field executives and sales coordinators <\/div> <\/div> 6. Customer Relationship Management<\/b> <\/div> <\/div>
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations <\/div>
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention <\/div>
• Build long -term relationships with key clients <\/div> <\/div> 7. Reporting & MIS<\/b> <\/div> <\/div>
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports <\/div>
• Track KPIs like sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency <\/div>
