; Job Summary ;We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager Plumbing Specialist for a leading Pipes Fittings manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the plumbing channel network, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and increasing market penetration in the assigned territory. ;The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the plumbing segment including CPVC, UPVC, SWR, HDPE pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, sanitary or allied building material products. ; Key Responsibilities
- ;Develop and expand the plumbing business in the assigned territory.
- ;Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, retailers, and plumbers.
- ;Generate sales through plumbing contractors, builders, consultants, and project sales.
- ;Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- ;Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
- ;Build strong relationships with plumbers, channel partners, architects, and contractors.
- ;Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- ;Organize plumber meets, dealer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- ;Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues.
- ;Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- ;Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and territory analysis.

- ;Solid knowledge of plumbing products and applications.
