Sales Manager, Dhule

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) to manage and expand our alcohol distribution business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing retailer relationships (wine shops, permit rooms, bars), ensuring stock movement, and achieving monthly targets.Key Responsibilities: Handle primary&secondary sales in the assigned territory Develop strong relationships with wine shop owners, bars, and permit rooms Ensure visibility and availability of all brands in the market Plan and execute sales strategies&schemes to push brands Monitor competitor activities and market trends Coordinate with warehouse&logistics for smooth supply Achieve monthly sales targets&collection targets Manage distributor stock, ageing, and inventory rotation Identify new outlets and expand market coverage Requirements: Minimum 1 years experience in alcohol / FMCG sales Strong network in local liquor market preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and self-motivatedBasic knowledge of excise rules&billing is a plus Must have own bike&valid license Salary&Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance Performance-based growth
