Roles and Responsibilities Details 1. Patient Financial Consultation
- Meet with patients to discuss and explain IVF treatment costs, financial policies, and payment options. 2. Financial Planning and Counselling
- Provide detailed cost estimates for various treatment plans and procedures.
- Offer financial planning advice to help patients manage the costs of treatment effectively. 3. Payment Management
- Set up payment plans and ensure patients understand the terms and conditions.
- Monitor and follow up on patient accounts to ensure timely payments. 4. Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all patients.
