We use our patented MMFM material to manufacture the products from 100% recycled plastics and earth minerals. About the Role We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Inside Sales Intern to manage and follow up on inbound leads generated through Meta and Indiamart platforms. This role focuses on
- Calling leads quickly
• Understanding customer requirements
• Sharing product information and catalogues •Following up on WhatsApp and calls •Converting enquiries into quotations and orders Key Responsibilities •Follow up on inbound Meta/Facebook/Instagram leads •Call customers and understand requirements •Share product photos, videos, catalogues, and pricing •Coordinate with internal team for quotations •Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp •Update CRM/Excel sheets with lead status •Qualify serious customers and prioritize leads •Build customer confidence through product explanation and responsiveness •Coordinate with operations team during order closure Preferred Candidate Profile •Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi. Kannada will be added advantage. •Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets, and CRM tools •Strong follow-up discipline and customer handling skills
