Desktop Support Engineer (Mahad)

- Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software application installation
- Windows 11, 10 OS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop.
- Managing, backup & recovering User Data.
- Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Printers & Scanners.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 11 ).
- network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup.
- Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems.
- Configuring & Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. .
- Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC
- Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve Pay: ₹15,000.00
