I T Support Engineer (L1/L2) – Onsite Immediate to 15 days Joiners Only Salary range:- 3LPA to 5LPA Location -Mumbai US Time shift We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user systems in an enterprise setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network-related issues while ensuring timely ticket resolution and SLA compliance.
