Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Executive to manage SAP support activities,

IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and technical support for smooth business operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems, networking,

hardware troubleshooting, and software management.

Key Responsibilities

 Setting up and installing current computers, networks, and software systems.

 Creating and managing user accounts and profiles on the network.

 Installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows/Linux, antivirus software, firewall security solutions (Sophos), CCTV systems, mail servers, and Microsoft 365 applications.

 Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.

 Managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory records.

 Performing server backup management to prevent data loss.

 Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT-related concerns.

 Supporting implementation and roll-out of current applications and software.

 Maintaining records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

 Coordinating with internal departments for ERP and system support requirements.

 Monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth network operations.

 Experience in SQL and ERP software such as SAP B1 or Oracle ERP will be preferred.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.

 Hands-on experience in SAP B1 / Oracle ERP support.

 Knowledge of SQL database management.

 Experience with firewall, CCTV, server backup, and Microsoft 365.

 Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to handle multiple technical tasks independently.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in IT Support / SAP Support / ERP

Management.

Preferred Industry

Manufacturing / Cable / Wiring Harness Industry Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
