Role & responsibilities 1)On Time Receipt of Documents from Supplier. 1. Preparation of Sales and Export invoice for dispatch. 2. Follow up logistics for Dispatch. 3. Preparation payables and receivables report and follow up and execute the same on time. 4. Maintaining Stock register and updating daily basis the issue made and goods received. 5. Updating Material Inward Register/Outward Register on daily basis. 6. Maintaining DCNR/DCR Register. 7. Preparation of Monthly Stock statement. 8. GRN preparation In Tally on daily Basis. 9. Preparation Debit note & Credit Note. 10. Ensuring 5S activities in store. 11. Physical stock verification on a monthly basis. 12. Prepare the E way Bill for Material dispatch. 13. Execute Bank, statutory, and local works on time. 14. On time procurement of raw materials and consumables. 15. On time delivery and pickup of materials from logistics person.
