Job Summary : We are seeking a Japanese language–proficient personnel to support Sales and Business development teams for Japan and neighbouring geographies. Key Responsibilities :
- Support sales and business development teams focussed on Japan region.
- Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and customer presentations.
- Communicate with clients in Japanese (emails, calls, virtual meetings).
- Coordinate with internal engineering and proposal teams for technical clarifications.
- Conduct market research on hydrogen and renewable energy developments in Japan.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Support in customer follow-ups and order closures.
- Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and industry events (as required). Education and Experience required :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical/ Industrial).
- MBA in Sales and Marketing / International Business is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory: Candidates who can speak Japanese language is desired, preferably JLPT N3 or JLPT N2
- Proof of Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3, JLPT N2 or above is preferred)
- Candidates must provide valid certification as evidence of Japanese language competency.
