ERP Implementation Project Manager (Dombivli)

Office Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Compensation: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (Based on current package, experience, and fit) Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the organization. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and ERP vendor, manage timelines, streamline implementation activities, and ensure a smooth deployment process. This is a 6-month contractual opportunity for professionals who excel in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, process alignment, and ERP implementation execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning to deployment and stabilization.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with ERP processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and ERP vendor to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure implementation activities are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows through ERP capabilities.
- Ensure proper documentation of implementation processes, workflows, configurations, and handover activities. Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ERP Implementation Project Management .
- Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation processes, business process mapping, and system deployment.
- Solid stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with ERP functionalities and implementation needs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution across departments.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and ensure project deliverables are achieved within timelines.
