Job Type: Full-time Remote: Hybrid Mid-Level SugarCRM Developer (PHP + Python) – Fully Remote, EST HoursCyberNova Tech () is a growing technology solutions company specializing in custom development, secure digital solutions, cutting-edge IT consulting and CyberSecurity solutions for North American clients.We are hiring a SugarCRM Developer to join our remote team of 3 developers. You'll work closely with our senior SugarCRM developer who will mentor you on CRM architecture, customizations, and best practices. This is a 100% remote position with core working hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST) — you must be available for collaboration from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (roughly 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). If you are productive and focused during evening/night hours and thrive in a quiet, distraction-free environment, this could be an excellent fit.Must-Have Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency in PHP (modern PHP 8+ preferred)Solid hands-on experience with PythonWorking knowledge of Relational Databases, especially MySQLComfortable working in Linux environmentsJavaScript experienceExperience building and integrating REST APIsProficient with Git for version controlStrong problem-solving ability — skilled at tracing and debugging bugs across multi-layer systemsSugarCRM platform customization experience (or strong PHP + Python fundamentals + willingness to learn SugarCRM)Nice-to-Have Skills (Significant Advantage):CRM platform customization and data modelling
