Senior AI Platform Engineer – Agentic Systems (Dombivli)

Role Description We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic AI workflows that automate complex supply chain and operations use cases end-to-end—from data ingestion to reasoning to action. You’ll work closely with the founder, founding engineers, and design to turn real-world planning and logistics problems into robust, production-ready AI systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership: you’ll ship features, shape the technical roadmap, and influence how we use AI across the product.

What you'll do
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows that orchestrate multi-step reasoning and actions across ERPs, planning tools, WMS/TMS, and other SaaS systems.
- Build and evolve our AI services layer : prompt/graph design, tool-calling, retrieval, memory, evaluation, and safety controls.
- Work on data pipelines that ingest, clean, and normalize operational data from multiple systems (files, APIs, databases) into a zero-copy architecture.
- Collaborate with product and customers to translate S&OP;, logistics, and planning workflows into explicit specs and then into shipped features.
- Instrument, monitor, and continuously improve agent behavior: reliability, latency, cost, and quality of decisions.
