You will work closely with our Marketing team  to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. You’ll work closely with our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.Responsibilities: Work with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts. Monitor site performance and run regular audits. Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team. Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learningCollaborate with content, design and product teams. Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space. Conduct a comprehensive site audit to identify technical SEO issues including crawl errors, broken links, and performance bottlenecks. Implement technical SEO fixes in Webflow, optimize meta tags, URLs, sitemap, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.Improve PageSpeed Insights scores by optimizing images, scripts, and Webflow assets for faster load times across mobile and desktop Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites. Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.Experience with design tools such as Figma. Understanding of  SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts)Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness. Expertise in responsive layouts Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
