Senior Av Technician /sr Av Engineer Domlur

We are seeking a skilled AV Technician with a robust focus on TV and audio-video system implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment, including TVs, projectors, speakers, and associated components.

Key Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: Install and configure TVs, projectors, and audio-video systems in various settings, such as residential, commercial, and corporate environments. Mount TVs on walls or ceilings, ensuring optimal viewing angles and cable management. Connect and configure audio-video sources, such as cable boxes, satellite receivers, and streaming devices. Set up and calibrate audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, and receivers. Audio Visual , Vedio wall, knowledge about Creston , Extron, polycom. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical concepts in clear and concise terms. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Project Management: Manage small- to medium-sized AV projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with other technicians and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of AV technologies, including HDMI, DVI, VGA, and audio formats. Experience with TV mounting and cable management techniques. Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
