- Appointment Management: Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments for various departments and specialists using Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Patient Inquiries: Providing accurate information regarding hospital services, doctor availability, visiting hours, and billing procedures. ## Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Fluency in English and Telugu. with a clear, professional telephone manner.
