Production incharge (Medchal)

Job Opening: Production Incharge – Adaptable Packaging Industry Location: Medchal ,Hyderabad, Bandamylaram village Industry: Flexible Packaging Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Incharge with a strong Quality background for our Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily production operations and achieve production targets.
- Manage departments such as Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouching, Embossing, and Rewinding.
- Ensure product quality, process control, and wastage reduction.
- Maintain GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, and Planning teams.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and process improvements.
- Lead and manage production manpower and shift operations. Candidate Requirements:
- 5–15 years experience in Flexible Packaging Industry.
- Strong exposure to Production and Quality systems.
- Knowledge of Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching processes.
- Experience in BRCGS / ISO / Food Safety systems preferred.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Polymer, or related field. Preferred:
- Candidates from food packaging industry preferred.
- Ability to independently handle plant operations.
- Salary: 50 k to 60 k Pay: ₹50,000.00
