Production Executive (Medchal)

1. Lead the team of production section chocolate packaging area. 2. Make the production with no deviation. 3. Do the Production Entries in SAP as timely manner 4. Enter the system reports and mail to the HOD 5. Make to ensure regulatory requirements on packed foods 6. Ensure the area clean and neat, and follow the GMP and GHP. 7. Follow the 5S in production plant 8. Train the associates about the food safety and planning 9. Learn machine operations in the process area 10. Plan the RM and PM as per the production plan in shop floor 11. Do the flush outs as per SOPS and maintain in the production floor proper manner 12. Machine related issues timely manner intimate to maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance 13. Utilize the manpower, Machine & Material with 100% efficiency 14.
