The facility is equipped with Advanced CNC Technology, ensuring superior quality and efficiency in manufacturing large-scale industrial components. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Fabrication Manager to oversee heavy fabrication operations at our client's facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CNC Machining, Fabrication Processes and team leadership to ensure high-quality production and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CNC fabrication operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in machining and assembly
- Oversee manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and testing of iron & steel technological structures and equipment
- Supervise high-precision CNC boring machines, CNC horizontal boring machines, stress-relieving furnace and comprehensive testing facilities
- Oversee Plate Cutting & Profile Facilities, ensuring accurate material preparation for fabrication
- Manage Press Bending & Forming operations, optimizing structural integrity and precision
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and certifications
- Optimize production workflows using modern CAD/CAM tools for 3D modeling and simulation
- Lead and mentor a team of fabrication engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance fabrication techniques
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry certifications
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for material sourcing and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in CNC fabrication and heavy engineering
- Expertise in CNC machining, welding, and fabrication processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design and simulation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of ISO certifications and quality control standards
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimization abilities Preferred Certifications:
