- Design, develop, and maintain SAP integrations with eCommerce solutions that drive digital growth.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver features that are critical to business growth.
- Contribute to a world-class global organization, working on challenging and innovative projects.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to scale, performance, and integration.
- Develop SAP integrations for digital applications.
- Build and manage APIs to enable seamless data exchange across SAP and customer-facing digital systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
- Document technical processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
- Lead the team in providing accurate estimates and delivering projects within committed timelines. Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as an SAP developer in large-scale SAP CRM and SD implementation projects, with demonstrated expertise in developing SAP ABAP program, User exists/BADI, RFCs, routines, DDIC objects.
- Excellent knowledge of API driven architecture (REST, SOAP, OData, RFC) and EVENT driven architecture (IDocs, Event Mesh is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of various SAP products and business processes, including:
- SAP CRM – Complaint-to-Cash (Service Request, Service Quote, Service Order, and Confirmation), Service Contract Management
- SAP ECC – Quote-to-Cash, Pricing, Product set-up
- Strong working experience with master data objects in CRM and ECC, including Installed Base, Equipment, Customer Master, Product Master, and Pricing.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools and platforms such as CRM Middleware, SAP CPI, Jitterbit, API frameworks, and AIF, along with the ability to design solutions leveraging diverse technologies.
- Understanding of SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M) is required.
- Excellent skills in debugging and troubleshooting SAP integrated solutions.
- Knowledge of C4C Service Cloud and S/4HANA developments is a plus.
- Sound understanding of SAP best practices, design patterns, and reusable component development.
- Experience in performance tuning, scalable solution design, and database optimization.
- Exceptional communication, client management, and presentation skills. Candidates must be self-driven and possess the ability to collaborate effectively within high-performing teams.
