Ltd., we offer a fun, fast growing, inspirational culture. Look forward to work on Mondays!Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior views for gym and fitness club projects Develop realistic walkthrough animations and presentation videos Convert 2D layouts and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations Prepare rendering setups including lighting, textures, and materialsCoordinate with design and project teams for accurate visualization output Ensure brand consistency across all club projects Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines Make design revisions based on feedback from management and project teams Support interior concept development with creative visualization ideasVisit project sites when required for measurements and execution support Core Competencies: Creative and detail-oriented individual Good communication and coordination skills Strong time management and project handling ability Strong visualization and aesthetic sense Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with proactive approach Strong attention to detail and quality standards Required Skills&Software Knowledge: Proficiency in: 3ds Max V-Ray / Corona SketchUp Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape AutoCAD Photoshop Good understanding of: Interior visualization Lighting&material setup Space visualization Commercial interior concepts Ability to create realistic commercial interior renders Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail Preferred Experience: Experience in gym, commercial, retail, or hospitality projects will be preferred Fresh creative ideas and strong visualization skills are highly appreciatedPortfolio showcasing 3D renders and walkthroughs is mandatory Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Animation, or related field Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply Portfolio showcasing: 3D renders Walkthroughs Interior/commercial projectsPlease note that this JD is an overview of the major responsibilities.
