Job Description: Job Title: Business Development Representative (Cold Calling & Lead Generation) Company: Ekta Group Salary: ₹15,000.00-₹20,000.00 per month + incentives Job Type: Full-time Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Overview: Ekta Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities to support company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound outreach
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects
- Record and update lead information in tracking systems or CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities
- Meet daily/weekly milestones for calls and lead generation Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
