SEO Performance Analyst (Dwarka)

Job Type: Full-time We're hiring an SEO Specialist to own and execute organic search strategy across our digital properties and client accounts. This role is for someone who can run SEO end-to-end, from technical audits and keyword research to on-page execution and performance reporting, without needing to be managed at every step.If you think in search intent, live in GSC and Ahrefs, and believe SEO is a system — not a checklist — we want to talk. Ownership and speed matter here. We don't have room for bottlenecks.What You'll Work On:Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identificationPlan and execute on-page SEO across blogs, service pages, and landing pagesRun technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawl, indexation, and speed issuesBuild and manage internal linking strategies and site architecture improvementsTrack rankings, traffic, and conversions — report on what's working and what's notCollaborate with the content team to brief writers with keyword targets, intent mapping, and structure guidanceManage SEO for multiple properties and client accounts simultaneouslyStay current with algorithm updates, AI search changes, and emerging SEO practicesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (not just content writing with SEO keywords)Robust working knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEOProficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools — and Google Search Console is non-negotiableAbility to read data, spot patterns, and turn insights into action itemsClear understanding of search intent and how it maps to contentComfortable with site audits, schema markup, and Core Web VitalsExperience managing SEO across multiple websites or client accountsTrack record of measurable ranking and traffic improvementsStrong communication skills — can brief writers, flag issues to devs, and report to leadership without hand-holdingSelf-directed.
