PHP Developer (Dwarka)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM, LOS, and LMS platforms for fintech products.
- Design and implement scalable backend architecture using PHP and Laravel.
- Build APIs and integrate third-party services such as:
- eKYC APIs
- Banking APIs
- Payment Gateway APIs
- eSign APIs
- Credit Bureau APIs
- WhatsApp/SMS/Email services
- Work on automation of loan onboarding, collections, repayment tracking, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Optimize database queries and application performance using MySQL.
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams for seamless user experience.
- Develop AI-based modules such as:
- Smart lead assignment
- AI chatbot integration
- OCR document processing
- Risk analysis automation
- Predictive analytics
- Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and deployment activities. Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- PHP
- Laravel Framework (Mandatory)
- MySQL
- REST APIs
- Valuable understanding of:
- CRM, LOS, LMS workflows
- FinTech product development
- AWS/Cloud deployment
- Git version control
- Knowledge of:
- MEARN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js)
- API integrations
- Queue jobs and background processing
- Redis/Cache management
- Experience in AI development/integration is preferred. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Digital Lending domain.
- Understanding of loan lifecycle management and financial workflows.
- Experience with scalable SaaS applications.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00
